Thanks for another awesome year everyone. Let's fill our halls again in 2016!
The Setsucon staff and I apologize for the early closure of the Saturday night dance, the Setsu Odori. Our staff received several complaints of venue damage and inappropriate behavior at the dance. For your safety, we made the difficult decision to end the dance early. Once again, we apologize and we hope that you enjoy the rest of your time at Setsucon.

Come to the Setsucon Host Auction and try your hand at bidding on one of our lovely and accommodating cosplaying hosts. Who will they be? You'll just have to stop by and find out!
Do you think you have what it takes to be the next Iron Cosplay champion? Stop by Iron Cosplay to have a chance to show your creativity and cosplay skills in this hour-long test of talent! Create a cosplay within a time limit with items given to you at the beginning of the challenge.

Encore! Encore! You asked and we deliver: Rock Band Idol is playing again this year at Setsucon 2015! Gather your band and take to the stage to prove that your band rocks all others! Pick from over 200 songs to show off your skills and wow the audience! Sign ups for Rock Band Idol will be available at the Game Room front table as soon as it opens, so make sure you don't miss it. You can keep your fingers limber while you're there by participating in a number of other exciting game tournaments, such as Super Smash Brothers for WiiU, Pokemon, and more!
Don't know Rusty Gilligan? Well you should! He has been a part of film since 1978 and created 'sketch cards' in 1993. His name is featured in credits for Marvel, DC, Big Bang, Image, and Heavy Metal. He is the publisher of Rusty Ink! and creator of the comics "Mac and Trouble" and "Mac and Trouble's Amazing Tails". Look for the 6foot tall "Mac" who accompanies Rusty at his appearance, who gives away free photos and prizes! Check out our guests page for more information.
An Illustrator who specializes in Penciling, India ink Rendering and Sequential Artwork? That would be Jason Lenox. His artwork appeared in the 2013 Tribeca film "Zero Charisma" and has material has been contributed to Dark Horse Comic’s King Conan. His most recent project “The Art of Jason Lenox Volume #2” was released in May of 2014. Check out his work in Artist Alley, or our guest page for more information!
Setsucon is pleased to announce the card gaming events for 2015. This year we are running tournaments for Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Cardfight Vanguard. Each event is a Swiss style tournament that will run until there is only a single undefeated player remaining. For more information on the tournaments and the rules that we will be using, go to our Programming page.
Friday, January 9th is the last day for AMV submissions. If you've haven't submitted your masterpiece yet, be sure to fill out the online or mail-in form and send us your video by Friday!
Do you think your cosplay is an awesome, one of a kind example of your workmanship? Then try your hand in our Hall Cosplay Contest. Applications are available from now until January 14th. Head over to the Hall Cosplay Contest page to read the rules and apply.
Two Reminders! Pre-registration for Setsucon 2015 closes tonight at midnight. All pre-registration must be postmarked no later than December 12th, so make sure to get those forms in the mail today.

Out there in the panel room! It’s an author! It’s an artist! Maybe? Setsucon announces the return of Uncle Yo to Setsucon 2015. Karl "Uncle Yo" Custer, the personality behind the weekly "We are the Geek" podcast and YouTube series "Dungeon Crawlers", is back to douse the convention in geek comedy and spectacular game shows. Come for the show, stay for the Yo.
Turn up your excitement to 11! Setsucon cheerfully announces the return of DJ Zing. Dance the night away to a special blend of House, Trance, and UK Hardcore as Zing raises the roof for his third year at the Setsu Odori. Bring a friend and bust a move!
Setsucon is excited to reveal Stephanie Sheh as a guest for Setsucon 2015. Stephanie Sheh is the voice of the iconic Sailor Moon in the Viz Media English dub of Sailor Moon and the upcoming English dub of Sailor Moon Crystal. Stephanie is also well known for her roles as Hinata of Naruto, Orihime of Bleach, Yui of K-ON!, Eureka of Eureka 7, Yui of Sword Art Online, and Zhu Li of The Legend of Korra.
Give a round of applause as Setsucon welcomes back Antipode. This Geek Bellydancing troupe performed their first show at Setsucon 2007. Since then, they have been performing at conventions along the East Coast. Their unique theatrical dance shows delight with skill and humor.

Our first set of guests features voice actors from anime such as: Bleach, Milk and Honey, Ghost in the Shell, Naruto, and Outlaw Star. They direct, they write, and they couldn't resist coming back to Setsucon for their second year! That's right everyone! Richard Epcar and Ellyn Stern are returning for 2015!
Panel application deadline for Setsucon 2014 has been extended until December 12th! Applicants have one last chance to submit panel ideas! Panel acceptance notifications will still go out starting December 17th.
Applications for the Setsucon 2015 Masquerade are now open from now until January 14th! Whether it’s your first time or you’re a veteran, Setsucon invites everyone to check out the Masquerade page.
It's that time of year again! Want to have your art seen by every Setsucon attendee? We are holding three art contests: the cover art contest, for the guest booklet; the badge art contest, for the guest badges (with three winners!); and the t-shirt art contest, for Setsucon t-shirts on sale to attendees.
Due to popular request, the pre-registration deadline has been extended! Pre-registrations MUST be postmarked with payment and any parental consent forms on or before Friday, December 12, 2014.
The AMV Contest for Setsucon 2015 is now open for submissions! We have made some changes to the AMV Contest, including the addition of an online submission form. For more information, go to our AMV Contest page. We are excited to see your submissions!

Panel submissions for Setsucon 2015 are now open! Have you ever had any interesting ideas you wanted to share or showcase? This upcoming Setsucon can be your opportunity to do so. Head over to our Panels page to fill out and submit an application. Be sure read over the rules carefully and remember to pre-register for the con!
There's no need to fear, Setsucon Pre-Registration is here! Pre-Registration for the entire weekend is only $25! Saturday only Pre-Registration is $18. Sunday only Pre-Registration is $12. Kids age 5 and under get in for free!

All Pre-Registrations must be postmarked by Friday, December 2nd, 2014 or they will not be counted. Please be sure to carefully read over our Policies and remember to include a completed Parental Consent Form if you will be under the age of 18 at the time of Setsucon.

Due to weather conditions and airport delays, there have been delays with some guests. In a effort to not cancel these guest panels, we have rearranged the schedule to accommodate their new travel plans.

Guest Panel Changes:
Though, Richard and Ellyn Stern Epcar are unable to make it out to Setsucon 2014 this year, they have decided to host a Q&A panel via Skype! The Q&A panel will be held at 8pm-9pm in Panels room 1!

Alexis Tipton Scary Story panel, feat. Leah Clark is now scheduled for 9:30pm to 10:30pm in Panels room 1!

We appreciate everyone's continued patience and understanding.
Regrettably, due to weather conditions affecting travel, Richard Epcar and Ellyn Stern Epcar are unable to make it to Setsucon 2014. They made their best efforts to make it out to State College this weekend and are truly sorry to their fans that the weather forced them to cancel this year. Setsucon 2014 would like to thank them for all their efforts, and we apologize for this inconvenience. Due to this turn of events, there will be some schedule changes. Thank you everyone for your understanding.
First up, the 2014 Schedule is live!! Please be sure to occasionally check the schedule page since it is subject to change.

Setsucon's convention hours will be from 8:00 AM -12:00 AM(Midnight) on Saturday and 8:00 AM-6:00 PM on Sunday. All programming ends at 12:00 AM(Midnight) on Saturday and 6:00 PM on Sunday.

Next, Registration Information:
Pre-registered attendees can pick up their badges Friday, January 24th from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Registration Desk will be open Saturday January 25th from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, and Sunday January 27th from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM for both registration and pre-registration pickup.

Attending Setsucon for her first time, please welcome Leah Clark as a guest to Setsucon 2014! Leah has voiced characters such as Nodoka in Negima, Suzuka in Suzuka, Rin in Toriko, Fuyuki in Sgt.
