Badge Contest

We will pick the best 3 badges and use them for Setsucon 2012. Winners will receive recognition in Setsucon’s Programming booklet, free convention registration, and a free official Setsucon 2012 T-shirt. All submissions should be sent to publications@setsucon.com with “Setsucon 2012 Badge Contest” in the subject line.

Submission Guidelines

• Submissions must include either mascot and should fit the character criteria that we have listed.
• Art must contain original art only! No tracing, stealing, cropping, etc. from other images. Also, No fanart characters.
• Art must remain PG. No blood, no nudity, and no suggestive content.
• Additionally, our theme this year is “Winter Sports”. Think winter Olympics, but don't feel restricted to just that..
• Please note we will be placing our Setsucon logo at the top and a name line at the bottom of the image. You may want to leave some blank space or at least avoiding putting anything essential there.

Contest Rules

• Contest is open to everyone of all ages.
• The dimensions are 4” wide by 3" tall and at least 300 dpi.
• You can submit up to 2 entries.

Mascot Information

The characters’ clothing is at the discretion of the artist, but should be winter-influenced and follow our theme.

Green eyes Beige Complexion Aqua blue hair color. Her hair is layered but pulled up high into a long, ponytail reaching just past her shoulders. Her bangs are blunt in the center with long sides nearly reaching her shoulders. The adventurous and leader type. She isn't afraid to take charge of any situation. She also likes to play the big sister role.

Honey-Orange Eyes Dark-tan Complexion Silver hair color with blue highlights. Reaching his shoulders, his hair is layered yet slightly curly with classic anime-styled tendril bangs. Kind and fairly level headed, but is curious person. He is intelligent and reserved, but still is an "act before thinking" kind of person.
