Instead of a check or money order, would cash be acceptable?

For the money order

OK for the money order do we just have to put Anime Organization or is there a specific name we need to sign it to? I just want to be sure.

I moved your questions here and merged them since they both had to do with registration.

We prefer that you send a check or money order for your own protection. If you send cash and it gets lost in the mail, there is nothing that can be done.

Checks and money orders should be made out to: Penn State Anime Organization.

Oops! I just mailed out my check today, and made it out simply to "Anime Organization" because that's what the Pre-reg form says. I hope that's okay, if not, I strongly recommend amending the
form to the proper wording.

No, that's ok. Just Anime Organization is also fine.

Hey,
I have 2 friends coming along and would like to know how to send the registration for all three of us in.

Can I include 3 separate forms and 1 check for $60?

If I do that how do I go about putting the amount enclosed on each form?

Or should I put 3 seperate checks?

Hi,
One check is fine! We prefer that you fill out multiple forms, and you can just write $20 on each form and we'll figure it out. We do get a lot of forms where people have written multiple names on one form, and that's ok too, but we do like it better if you fill out three separate forms.

I sent my check and everything in. Is there any of knowing if you received it? Is there anyway you could check?

Perhaps an email confirmation? I realize it's probably too late now, but maybe next year?

I believe you requested a confirmation on your registration form. I have just processed your registration and sent you a confirmation, so you're good to go :D

There was a bit of a delay in getting to regs that were sent in later in December because we cannot receive mail while the university is closed for winter break. The spring semester just started Monday, so we got a ton of them in then, and a few are still trickling in now.
