Please read our Policies first as registering online or by mail will bind you to all of our policies and terms of service. Not reading our Policies does not exempt you from them. Questions or problems can be directed to the Registration Director.
Parental Consent
All attendees younger than 18 years of age as of January 28, 2012 must have a parental consent form on file with Setsucon. Remember, minors without the completed consent form on file can not be admitted to Setsucon. For pre-registration attendees, please mail in the completed consent form with the pre-registration form. For attendees registering at the convention, please bring completed consent forms to Registration Pick-Up. If you have not sent one with your pre-registration, please bring a copy with you when you check in. All At-Door registrations will also need to have a completed form. While blank forms will be available at the registration desk, pre-printing and filling one out is highly recommended.
Children 5 and Under
Children 5 years of age and younger as of January 28, 2012 can attend Setsucon 2012 for free with an accompanying parent/guardian. We require the full name of any such children when the accompanying parent/guardian registers.

Mail-In Registration
Mail-In Pre-registrations MUST be postmarked on or before December 13, 2011.
To pre-register by mail, please fill in our . At the end of the form, click on the "Download Form" link to save your filled-in form. Print two copies: one to mail-in with payment and one to bring to registration desk to check-in. You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader to view the form.
